My name is Grant Lippman, Owner and Operator of a quality-based Handyman business in Maine’s Mid Coast Region. My goal is to provide you with personalized Home Repair and Analysis, Maintenance, and Excavation services that best serve you and your property.
For over 10 years I have studied products (wood, paint, and other work-related materials) for their quality and durability, tested against Maine’s harsh climate. As a Forever Learner, I’m often researching the best methods, applications, and products to use on structures to provide longevity in the work I do. Over the years, I’ve found that the use of less expensive materials, coupled with poor craftsmanship, is a common thread in the industry, which often leads to home deterioration and more expensive repairs within just a few years. This can lead to repair costs ranging from a few hundred dollars, to tens of thousands of dollars!
My objective is to bridge this gap, with time-tested, quality materials and craftsmanship that will provide your home with years of protection, and you with peace of mind.
